L’associazione “Diritti Umani e Salute” prevede nel proprio statuto il perseguimento, senza scopo di lucro, di finalità civiche, solidaristiche e di utilità sociale, tra cui la tutela di interessi collettivi in ambito sanitario e medico, la promozione e la tutela del diritto alla salute e la cura dei cittadini.
I soci di “Diritti Umani e Salute” – avvocati e medici – fin dalla nascita dell’associazione nel 2021, si sono spesi a tutela dei cittadini e dell’interesse comune, assistendo persone sospese dal lavoro perché obbligate alla vaccinazione anti Covid, intraprendendo iniziative stragiudiziali e ricorsi amministrativi per ottenere dati, informazioni e trasparenza nella gestione della pandemia e fornendo tutta l’assistenza possibile agli associati e ai cittadini che nel corso del tempo si sono rivolti all’associazione.
“Diritti Umani e Salute” vuole dare sostegno e assistenza a tutti coloro che, tuttora, sono di fatto “Invisibili” e, in coerenza con l’attività finora svolta, i medici e gli avvocati dell’associazione hanno creato un pool di assistenza alle persone che abbiano riportato eventi avversi e danni a causa del vaccino anti covid.
Chiunque abbia subito eventi avversi da vaccino anti covid può rivolgersi a “Diritti Umani e Salute” ai seguenti recapiti:

Once you have filled out the registration form, the next step is to register on our site, to do so click here then attach the form together with the documents and send everything to the association using the form you find on the left side.
Registration as an ordinary member will take place following receipt of the form, the identification document and the tax code provided that the payment of the membership fee is also made. If one of these conditions is missing, it will not be possible to register for the association.
We also invite you to subscribe to our mail list, which you find at the bottom of this page, so that you can be updated on any type of initiative.
